Inferno HIIT

45 min sessions 4-6x/week

This one's not for the faint-hearted. We're talking 45 minutes of pure metabolic chaos - burpees, sprints, heavy carries, the works. You'll burn calories for hours after you leave. Started running this program back in 2018 and honestly, it's made more transformations than anything else we offer.

60 min sessions 3-5x/week

Boxing, kickboxing, MMA fundamentals - we blend it all. You're gonna learn actual technique here, not just flailing at bags. Whether you wanna compete or just feel like a total badass, this program delivers. Fair warning: you'll be sore in muscles you didn't know existed.

Starting out or getting back into it? This is your spot. We'll teach you proper form, build your base, and gradually ramp up intensity. No judgment, no pressure - just solid coaching to get you moving confidently. Everyone in our advanced programs started somewhere, might as well start right.
